JIM VIZIGIAN (on the right in this photo) was a US Navy Leading Signalman, and he spotted the first German U-Boat coming into Portsmough, NH to surrender in the USA.  That was U-805.  He later wangled his way on board U-234, the boat that was carrying uranium and a lot more to Japan in the closing moments of the war.  He got the cargo manifest and sent it to Sharkhunters.
