Knights Cross with Oak Leaf and Crossed Swords     Images of Otto Kretschmer and Erich Topp, two of the five U-Boat Skippers who were awarded this high decoration in World War II.

Youngest Skipper     Just a few months past his 21st birthday, Oberleutnant z.S. d.R. Hans-Georg Hess was given command of U-995 and became the youngest combat submarine Skipper of any navy in World War II and possibly of all time.

Squadron of Experts     Luftwaffe Major Hans-Ekkehard Bob flew with many outfits in the Luftwaffe, but he was one of the Squadron of Experts who flew the Me 262 jet fighter.

the Drumbeater is Home     With the opening of Operation Drumbeat along the American East Coast, Captain Reinhard Hardegen was on station first and so became known as the Drumbeater.  This print depicts his safe return to his homeport.

Ready for Sea     Kapitänleutnant Gerd Thäter brought his U-466 safely through the 'Gates of Hell' as the Straits of Gibraltar were known.

USS TIRANTE (SS 420)     This American submarine, under Captain Street and XO Ned Beach, had a field day in a Japanese held Korean harbor.  This print shows it clearly.

USS BARB (SS 220)     The only time American troops ever stepped foot on the Japanese Home Islands during World War II was when a group of men from USS BARB planted explosives at a railroad trestle to blow up a troop train.

Farewell to 'ALI'     SHARKHUNTERS commissioned this print when Peter-Erich Cremer, known as 'ALI', began his Eternal Patrol.

U-99 vs. British Armed Merchant Cruisers     On the night of 3/4 November 1940, Otto Kretschmer was out of torpedoes and so had a running gun battle with the two British armed merchant cruisers LAURENTIC (18,724 tons) and PATROCLEUS (11,314 tons).  This is a magnificent print!

Almost Home     This is the most impressive World War II Fine Art Print ever offered!  It is hand signed by 14 well-known veterans of World War II.  This group includes three winners of the Knights Cross with Oak Leaf and Crossed Swords; five other Skippers who earned the Knights Cross; as well as others who made their mark in the Battle of the Atlantic.

Convoy in Sight     Hand-Signed by 18 veterans of the War at Sea including 15 Skippers and 8 Knights Cross holders (one with the Oak Leaf and Swords).

Thäter und Hess    Hand-signed by both Captains Gerd Thäter and Hans-Georg Hess.....two friends who rode U-466 together as Skipper and I.W.O.  Hess is a Knights Cross holder.  Great piece for the beginning collector.

"Yesterday's Enemies"     Hand-signed by six of the most influential and successful submarine commanders of World War II.....three German U-Boat Skippers; three American submarine Skippers - all with intense combat experience and all highly decorated including the most highly decorated American submariner ever in history.

Over the years, hundreds of collectors have added Fine Art Prints to their collections from SHARKHUNTERS. Their value always increases, and they look great on the wall of the den. These prints are a real investment.
