Tunnels
of the 3rd Reich
Tape
H-12
The leaders of the 3rd Reich had homes atop the mountain near the
German-Austrian border in the little village of Berchdesgaten.
Mile after mile of tunnel systems ran beneath the homes; from place to
place, out to safe exit points.
Some tunnels had shower rooms, some had bowling alleys, rifle ranges,
formal dining rooms.
They all had electric lighting, water systems - all had machine gun ports
at strategic points throughout their miles and miles of corridors
The

An Allied soldier was

Up to a machine gun nest
his bazooka - it worked!
Some tunnels join with others, while some pass above or below.
For instance, Martin Bormann refused to
have Göring's tunnels join with his. They had to pass over or under
Bormann's. In this four-hour tape by BUD & STELLA DANA and
JIMMY KLINE, you’ll see where Göring’s pool was and the remains
of the beautiful home of the Luftwaffe Chief - a wrecked shambles during the
time of this taping, but now totally gone.
The Hotel zum Türken is the only building still standing from the
original complex of more than a dozen buildings.
Göring's home once stood
here
Hotel zum Türken, the only one of the buildings still standing
You’ll
see where Hitler’s home stood and where the tunnels begin.
You will go through the remains of the huge garage area that once had a
large building above it for housing the troops stationed here.
Many cars, trucks etc. are seen in this garage but they were recently
removed so the German Government could bulldoze the remains of the garage.
Only two WW II kubelwagons were left in the garage, and the bulldozers
just crushed them flat and dumped the remains in the trucks.
You’ll
go through these tunnels from end to end AND
into many places where visitors are NOT allowed.
It has been learned that ‘EINGANG
VERBOTEN!’ really means ‘SHARKHUNTERS
WELCOME!’
Up the mountainside to where the airshafts peep out of the ground, then
down into some of these shafts.
This is a VERY
thorough videotape tour, and it is the only way to visit these historic sites.
They no longer exist because the German Government is systematically
destroying every building they can that has any connection to the war years.
All of the places seen on this videotape have recently
been destroyed by the German Government with the exception of the Hotel zum Türken.
