the Bunkers in 1945

In this recently discovered tape, we see the myriad of tunnels and bunkers dug into the mountain known as the Obersalzberg.  Most of these tunnels and bunkers no longer exist, as the new German Government is destroying them as quickly as they can locate them.  This tape was made shortly after the end of WW II by U. S. Army cinematographers, however the voice-over is in German.  In this tape you will go into tunnel after tunnel, that are now only fading memories for a few old men who were there.  Due to the age of the original film, and this tape being copied by older technologies, there is some ‘flip’ in the film but the end result is great – and it is pure history.
